Update #53 – Next-Gen Video Models, AI for Everyone, and Chat Control

This month, we’re bringing massive upgrades to your video generation capabilities, opening up AI tools to our free users, and rolling out several quality-of-life fixes to smooth out your daily workflow.

Here is everything new in Update #53.

• Next-Gen AI Generation: We have officially upgraded our AI video generation models to Veo 3 and Sora 2. This is a massive leap forward, allowing you to generate higher-fidelity, more realistic videos for your site faster than ever before.
• Seamless Uploads: We fixed an annoying issue where the page wouldn’t automatically refresh after a video finished processing. Now, your new videos will appear instantly once they are ready—no manual refreshing required.
• Wildcard Ordering Fix: Resolved a bug where wildcard ordering was not being preserved for complex URL patterns. Your video targeting rules will now work exactly as intended, no matter how complex your website’s routing is.

• Priority Training for Pro Users: We’ve significantly improved the training reliability for paid accounts. Your bot now receives priority queueing, ensuring it learns your new data faster and more reliably so your answers are always up to date.
• AI Chat for Free Accounts: We believe everyone should experience the power of AI. Free accounts can now access AI chat with limited usage! This is a great way to test-drive the feature and see how it handles your customers before committing to a paid plan.

• Enhanced Blocking: We’ve beefed up our chat blocking capabilities. This gives you much more granular control to stop spam and unwanted interactions right in their tracks, keeping your inbox clean and your team focused on real customers.
