Update #51 – NEW 2026 – Video Autoplay, Analytics, AI Training Upgrades, and Flow Import/Export

Happy New Years 🎉

This update brings some long-requested features to ChipBot. Videos now autoplay seamlessly when shared via direct link, and we’ve added a new analytics overview so you can see your top-performing content at a glance. On the AI side, you can now upload documents to train your ChipBot and even pull context from multiple websites — making your bot smarter without extra effort. We’ve also added message flow import/export, so you can back up your work or move flows between ChipBots. Plus a new preview page, pixel tracking support, and a handful of fixes.

Here’s the full list of changes!

  • Videos now autoplay even when opened directly via link, with a new “tap to unmute” button (similar to how YouTube handles this)
  • Added a new overview analytics section with high-level stats and your top 10 videos
  • You can now open a video folder directly with a link
  • Added a “go to next video” button for easier navigation
  • Fixed an issue where sharing a video link wouldn’t copy on newer versions of Android
  • Added document uploads in the training section — upload PDFs and docs to train your ChipBot
  • You can now train a single ChipBot from multiple websites
  • Added AI hints to help guide responses
  • Message flow import/export is here — easily move flows between ChipBots or back up your work
  • Fixed an issue where greetings would show up twice on high latency connections
  • Added ability to add 3rd party scripts — useful for pixel tracking and custom integrations
  • New ChipBot Preview Page for testing before going live
  • Fixed an issue where expanding text areas in the dashboard would jump around
  • Added Catalan (Spain) language support
