Update #48 – AI Avatars, Video Sharing, White Label Custom Library

We’ve been busy pushing out a wide range of improvements across ChipBot’s video, chat, and white label features. Here’s what’s new:

Our video platform just got a lot more powerful:

• New AI Avatars – Create custom videos on the fly with authentic personality using our AI avatar generator.
• Video Sharing is Here – Visitors on your website can now share a video their colleagues or customers.
• Shopify Fixes – We fixed issues with the “Add to Cart” functionality when videos are embedded.
• Smoother Loading – Improved how videos are refreshed and loaded after creation on the dashboard.

Our chat features are evolving fast, with key updates that boost both performance and flexibility:

• Lead Reports – Export lead data via CSV to make follow-up easier.
• Abort AI Mid-Flow – You now have the option to stop AI mid-conversation if needed.
• No Reply Control – Handle edge cases where users respond inside AI flows without derailing the experience.
• Disable Manual Input – Lock down user typing for curated message flows.
• Domain Switching Bug Fix for Message Flows – We resolved a pesky error dialog when switching between domains and immediately clicking Message Flows.
• Auto-Save Bug Fix – Too many error messages after too many saves? That’s fixed too.

For our partners and white label users, we added more customization and control:

• Custom Video Library Support – Let your users manage their own video content inside your white-labeled environment.
• Signup Page Terms & Conditions – Now you can require T&C agreement on new user signup.
• Manual Plan Association – Gives you more control when assigning plans manually to your users. This is useful when you need to limit users by certain features.

We’re making ChipBot easier to adopt and connect:

• Jumpseller Integration – A new native integration for Jumpseller users.
• Language Adoption – Core updates that pave the way for multilingual support.
• Webhook Case Sensitivity Fix – Our API webhooks are now case-insensitive, preventing missed events from URL mismatches.
