Update #47 – New Languages, Bug Fixes, and AI Upgrades to Next Gen Models

One of the most notable updates is our expansion in localization. We’ve added support for French, German, Polish, and Ukrainian languages, ensuring that users across these regions have a seamless experience. This also comes alongside general improved localization support, further solidifying our commitment to serving a global audience.

Additionally, we’ve addressed a casing issue in the analytics tabs for non-English languages, ensuring that everything displays correctly regardless of the language you’re using.

We’ve put a lot of focus on enhancing the video experience for our users. Here are the top improvements:

  • Improved performance on the video asset download page ensures faster and more reliable downloads, making it easier to manage your content.
  • We’ve fixed an issue where sometimes the video preview changes would disappear and the default icons would appear, providing a more consistent preview experience.
  • The thumbnail option has now been added to the video settings, allowing for greater customization of video display.
  • We’ve resolved an issue where there was extra space in the help desk if videos weren’t available, streamlining the interface for a cleaner look.
  • To make analytics more robust, we’ve rolled out new APIs for video analytics, giving users deeper insights into their content performance.

White labeling just got even more powerful:

  • The “Powered by” preview in the branding section has been fixed, ensuring that it properly reflects your brand without any issues.
  • We’ve added support for customer plans and introduced a sub-account list API, making it easier to manage clients and their different service levels.
  • Several bugs affecting white label elements have been fixed, including the intermittent CORS issue with icons not showing up and a flash of text on the mobile white-label upload page.
  • We’ve improved the company name update on the customer list page to ensure it reflects the correct branding in all areas of the platform.
  • Plus, a fix was rolled out for video export links not showing correctly on video analytics exports, ensuring that all video-related exports function as expected.

Our Help Desk feature has seen some improvements too:

  • We’ve fixed a rare crash issue in the dashboard editor, enhancing the stability of the tool.
  • A new API has been added to render FAQs on an HTML page, making it easier for businesses to display frequently asked questions directly on their site.
  • We’ve resolved a bug where a flash of text would appear on the pick-an-actor page, improving the visual flow of the video experience.

We’re incredibly excited to announce the next-gen AI for Live Chat—this update drastically reduces response times and enhances the overall chat experience. Now, users can expect even faster and more accurate replies to their queries, improving communication and overall user satisfaction.

In response to user feedback, we’ve introduced a payment notification option, which keeps you updated on important billing changes. Plus, more time format options have been added to ensure that time-sensitive data is presented in a way that works best for your region and preference.

Developers will appreciate the various API enhancements we’ve rolled out, including:

  • New APIs for analytics and video management, providing more flexibility for your platform’s data.
  • A new API to open a specific folder ID, allowing for more precise file management.

Lastly, we’ve addressed a series of smaller but significant bug fixes:

  • A Wix AI website builder issue that caused ChipBot not to render properly on pages has been resolved.
  • We’ve also fixed several search query report download issues, ensuring your data is more accurate and easy to retrieve.

Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, let us know if you have any feedback or need support!
