Update #46 – White Label Customization, Video API Enhancements, and AI Improvements

In this latest update, we’re thrilled to announce several key improvements across the platform. These changes focus on giving you more control over white labeling, enhancing video integrations, and resolving issues with our Help Desk and AI features. Let’s dive into the details.

We’ve made two significant updates to improve the white label experience:

• Disable “Powered By” Feature: You can now disable the “Powered By” branding, offering a more seamless, branded experience for your customers.
• Signed Identifier Links Support: Added support for signed identifier links for external sections, such as “Plans & Billing.” This provides a more secure way to link to sensitive areas while maintaining a custom experience.

We’ve improved our video capabilities to make embedding and customizing videos easier:

• New Video API to Open Links: With this API, you can now open a video directly from a link, making integrations more flexible and interactive.
• New Video API for Rendering Video Icons: This API enables easy rendering of video icons, offering a more consistent visual experience across your site.
• URL Slash Normalization for Page Rules: We’ve added support for normalizing URLs with and without an ending slash, ensuring a more reliable video embedding experience.

Our Help Desk functionality has been enhanced for better performance and usability:

• Videos in Search Results: Videos are now included in Help Desk search results, improving the discoverability of multimedia content.
• “Auto Open” Visibility Rule Fix: We resolved an issue where the “auto open” visibility rule wasn’t working as expected, ensuring smoother user interactions.
• Component Management Fixes: Fixed a bug where users couldn’t add new screen components for article folders and custom text blocks from the dashboard.

We’ve addressed an issue in our chat module:

• Fixed Away Message with AI Replies: Away messages were not showing up when AI replies were triggered. This issue has been resolved, ensuring better communication when users are away.

We’ve made several important updates and fixes to improve overall performance:

• AI Crawling Fix: The AI was unable to crawl sites that didn’t support HEAD requests. This has been fixed to ensure better data collection across all site types.
• Malaysian Language Support: We’ve added support for Malaysian, expanding the language capabilities of our AI.
• UTM Parameter Handling: Buttons will no longer automatically add UTM parameters if a user has already included their own, ensuring cleaner and more accurate tracking.
