Update #45 – Enhanced Features and Key Fixes

In this update, we’ve rolled out several enhancements and critical fixes across various features of our platform. These changes are aimed at improving user experience, particularly in the chat, video, and white-label functionalities. These updates ensure smoother interactions and improved reliability for our users.

Also, we recently updated our mobile apps for iOS and Android (v1.0.3). See release notes on the app store for specific details.

• 💬 Chat: Fixed an issue where long emails would get cut off in the profile section.
• 💬 Chat: Fixed an issue with “undefined” showing up in AI chat logs when a conversation is exported from the dashboard.
• 🎥 Video: Improved message when no videos are set to gallery when viewing through ChipBot Direct.
• 🎥 Video: Fixed an issue where video exp preview would sometimes exit when buttons are removed.
• 🎥 Video: Fixed an issue where video exp preview within the button editor did not do a live preview until after hitting save.
• 💁‍♂️ General: Updated UI theme options, now only based on available features.
• 💁‍♂️ General: Fixed an issue where HTML embeds would get removed by some website builders (e.g.: Framer responsive mode).
• 💁‍♂️ General: Added more values under AI profile options.
• 🏢 White Label: Synced brand settings with new domain creation settings.
• 🏢 White Label: Disabled auto chat login to ensure your email doesn’t show up in the user list.
• 🏢 White Label: Added a logout button on the account page when no domain is assigned.
• 🏢 White Label: Fixed an issue with some icons not showing up under the custom domain.
