  • 💬 Chat: You can now add call-to-actions within messages under the “Links & Buttons” option next to the message attachment options. These are the same features available within the video buttons.
  • 💬 Chat: There is a new greeting message flow where you can add a series of messages along with call-to-action buttons.
  • 🏢 White Label: Added ability to upload a custom “powered by” image.
  • 🏢 White Label: Within the admin dashboard, you can now set customer metadata like company name, domain limit, and account type (reseller or retail).
  • 🏢 White Label: You can now set customers as resellers.
  • 🏢 White Label: Reseller accounts can now manage retail customers within their workspace.
  • 🏢 White Label: Resellers can now rebrand images within the dashboard and their workspace’s ChipBot.

  • 💬 Chat: Greeting messages now support template variables ($$name).
  • 💬 Chat: Fixed an issue where threads would not load more messages if the last one in the list is an attachment.
  • 🎥 Video: Added folder ID and video ID to the bottom of the video management page.
