Today, I’m pleased to announce the release of our first ChipBot iOS app. With it, you can now stay up-to-date with potential and existing customers. Use it for lead generation, closing sales, or general customer support.
Here’s what the app can do:

It doesn’t matter whether you’re trying out ChipBot for free or you’re a subscriber to our paid plans. Enjoy our iOS app without restrictions, and leave feedback to our customer support.
We introduced two new zaps that are available today:
A unique trait about this integration is that it syncs with our real-time message broker servers. This means messages send from Zapier take advantage of all the other features our live chat uses, such as push notifications, email notifications, and browser notifications.
We can do this now because the iOS app required us to have some dedicated chat servers. That opened the doors to our Zapier integration.
You can now implement one-click checkout with our Shopify integration. The previous button only redirected to a shopping cart, regardless if there was an item in the cart.
The button has been changed to be aware if it’s on a Shopify product description page (PDP) and auto-adds the product to their cart after clicking the button.
Add a Pylon on a product page and add a checkout button. ChipBot will take care of the rest and redirect to checkout with that product added to their cart.
This offers you another way for 1-click checkout.
ChipBot has added many valuable features in the past couple of years, and we wanted to ensure your customers can see all the options you provide them.
Our new ✨ Global Navigation allows customers to choose the path they want help on.
Today, customers can easily choose to engage in chat, watch a video, or search for a quick answer.
You can also hide this navigation under the Theme Settings to maintain a curated path of support.
Along with this change, we moved the toggle to disable chat to the primary Dashboard links like the rest of the features.
The past month we worked with some of our larger customers to improve the load and execution performance of ChipBot. These features are now generally available to all users (free and paid).
You can now add more buttons to the Homepage of Nexus. Handy if you want fast one-click action buttons for your customers.
