Update #32: New Black Friday Videos, Updated Tools, Data Export

Don’t have any videos for your Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion yet? We asked Megan and Ian to add a quick promo video for your biggest traffic event of the year! Whether you’re in e-commerce or a service provider, these videos can help spur a sale.

Go to your video, then click “Speakers” to access Megan or Ian’s limited edition videos. Watch the quick YouTube video below to see them in action!

Videos will disappear on Black Friday, so be sure to set them before Black Friday hits!

Turn your page into a built-in TikTok profile page with our new video grid feature. Great to showcase all your videos on one page.

To add a ChipBot video grid to your page, copy and paste the HTML snippet below. Make sure ChipBot is available on the page, or else the snippet won’t do anything!

You can now access more data on how your videos are performing in the dashboard. Here’s how to get to that page.

One last thing, you can also do a bulk export on all your videos. For the e-commerce stores that have UGC videos or video product demos for each product, it’s now easy to see all data for your 50+ videos.

Just go to the Analytics page. Click Video. Then click “Export CSV Data.”
